"Make a Joyful Meal!"

Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 Vegetable Bullion Cube (dissolved in small amount of water)
6 - 8 Medium Red Potatoes (cut into one-inch pieces)
1 Medium Onion (chopped)
½ tsp Basil
½ tsp Oregano
1 tsp Rosebary
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 cup Milk *
1 8oz Package Cream Cheese
1 Small Container Sour Cream
Procedure

Sauté onion and all spices (except Rosemary and bullion) in one teaspoon of water. Add Potatoes and cover with water. Cook approximately 20 - 25 minutes at a rolling boil.

Turn heat down to simmer and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes.

Enjoy!

* For thicker soup, substitute Whole Buttermilk for Milk.
